Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (or non-fat vanilla yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • small handful of ice cubes
  • 1 cup of chopped kale (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Separate into serving glasses and enjoy!
